connection issue w/ adapter This devices comes with a 2.5mm to 3.5mm adapter for phones like the blackberry pearl. This is the second source i have purchased a headset with this adapter. i does not work well with blackberry phones. You have to adjust the connector a few different times randomly to get it to work. Even if the headset is recognize, you do not hear any thing on the headset. After a few push in and out. it starts to work and if you bump it, it stops working. Its the connector thats the problem. I do not recommend it. Same issue with my other blackberry phone.
Great Value I ordered this headset because I have a cheap Cricket phone and the mouthpiece has stopped functioning properly. I can be heard clearly using this headset. The only drawback is figuring out a comfortable position for the ear piece (the ear piece has yellowed since I started using it) in conjuction with the position of the mouthpiece. I'd definitely recommend this product as a temporary fix to a costly problem.
Gud for Mobile (iPhone)...NOT FOR LANDLINE PHONES Pros:
1. Good Sound Quality when used with my Mobile phone (iPhone)
2. Mic quality is good too
3. Call Start/End button
4. Mute switch
5. Comfortable
6. Can be used with either ears
Cons:
1. OK Sound Quality when used with Landline phone (Uniden)...with some disturbance
2. Mute button is a switch, so a bit difficult to operate
3. Call Start/End button is flat
3. Needs some time to fit the earplug into your ear
Overall If you want to use it for your mobile phone, it works well. For landline phones i wudn't suggest (tested only with my Uniden phone).love the jabra c510 I got the jabra c510 a few days ago. I love it ,the sound is excellent. I have had blue tooths before and I couldn't hear very well. I bought cheaper headsets and they didn't work good at all. BUT THE JABRA WORKED EXCELLENT. great price also. Thanks alot stephenJabra C510 works great and is comfortable I have been using the above product for a month. I am very happy with it. Outgoing appears to be very clear to my callers because I have never heard a complaint. Incoming voice is clear. Set is very comfortable, I don't squirm at the thought of having to wear the device for any extended length of time as I did my old ear insert.
