einstein This is an excellent and entertaining DVD. Only people in England know what this is - and it is for charity - with lots of rockers - including Clapton donating their time for a fun night of great music. In Surrey, it is done annual on the estate of a very wealthy man - and the dress is tuxes and gowns - and lots of champagne.
Great music - a show - fun! Definitely worth the price if you like classic rock, new rock and those English rockers!
a biased review As I'm a huge fan of EC's I had no doubt of buying this DVD as it shows a not very known side of EC's, with him usual collaboration through Band Du Lac's mates.... Of course the best songs are the ones leaded by...Eric...very good ones are the tracks sang by Paul Carrack....However, The set list could be much better...two famous drummers Ringo Starr and Rogert Taylor should restrict themselves to their initial instrument, not singing...Overall, it is a good DVD, specially for huge fans of EC, like me.classy union of great musicians. Clapton, Brooker, Carrack, and others...and such a nice and talented young musician,Katie Melua...atmosphere of concert area..well performed blues and rock samples. Features of this DVD in all aspects is CLASSY.
