Very thought-provoking little book. This is a very readable, thought-provoking book. It really makes you look at your emotional triggers for eating. If you're willing to do the interior work required to get to the bottom of your eating habits, you're halfway there. I highly recommend this book to all of us who use food, shopping, the internet, or some other "pacifier" to gloss over our emotional discomfort.Helpful, Open, and Honest As somebody who has struggled with weight my whole live I was really happy when I found the book Body Clutter: Love Your Body, Love Yourself. I've read plenty of weight loss books and this is the first one that really honestly discusses what it feels like to be overweight. These authors know what it's like and how challenging it can be to lose weight.
While the book Body Clutter: Love Your Body, Love Yourself isn't specifically written for people who ADD who are overweight, I think it's very ADD Friendly. Some of the strategies suggested in the book are to make small changes.
I highly recommend this book to any adult with ADD who struggles with losing weight.
