Great book that will be used again and again. Well written, easy to follow directions. Photos of finished items are shown flat making them easy to study - no cute art shots of things draped over chairs with only partial visibility. The patterns lend themselves easily to creativity. On first glancing through the book, I could see ways to use the "leaf" and "sunflower" patterns in a different way than was shown and immediately had plans for gifts. Nice variety of adult and children designs. Full-size patterns. Well worth buying a copy for yourself or would make an excellent gift for a beginning quilter.
