This book deals all about nutrition which is good for our body. This book will change your lifestyle and eating habits. I love this book! This is the only "diet" book that has changed my lifestyle. I had actually lost weight (fat).The information given in the book makes you lose weight.
I also liked "The Power of Positive Habits"...it is sold out at Amazon but I found it for a discount at the Barnes&Noble website, or you can get it at "The Power of Positive Habits" website. ..the web address is the same as the book title and they are giving away over $1,000 in free e-books today Fat was "safe". I enjoyed Dr. Phil's no-nonsense approach to weight loss. I also discovered what was holding me back from "getting thin". The food I was eating wasn't the problem - the problem was within my belief system. As Dr. Phil says "what you're not aware of, you can't fix". Now that I "get it" I can fix it. So far since listening to the CD's, I've lost almost 9 lbs. in a month and will go on to lose the rest [22 lbs]. Thank you Dr. Phil.
