This book changed my life!!!! I read this book about a year and a half ago and have since lost 55 pounds! Everything in this book makes so much sense, you'd be a fool not to follow it. Everyone asks me what sort of diet I went on to lose the weight and everyone gets the same response from me, "I never went on a diet, I changed my life." That is the whole essence of the food and exercise parts of this book. It focuses on "life changes" rather than dieting. I had already quit smoking about a year before reading this book, but even that section was helpful to me. If you're ready for a life change... READ THIS BOOK!
