Not sure about age range This is a great book with clear descriptions and discussions. However, it is way more information than my 9 year old needs right now. I am going to order book 2 and go from there. It will be a good book to have on hand when the time is right though.
How You Are Changing My husband and I have read through the book and feel that this is the place to pick up where previous discussions have ended. Having a biblical basis was very important to us and this book does so wonderfully.WOW This has so much info in it, I am afraid it had a little too much for my 11 year old. She became a bit nervous at some things I thought she would not. I would not let a child read it alone, as suggested, until a parent has read it first and made sure there is nothing too mature for the individual child.
